The seventh floor at 295 The West Mall vacated in 2022. We started development that year and opened our doors in January 2025.
Furnished private offices month to month, hot desks by the day, and boardrooms by the hour: the Smart Boardroom seats 14, the Innovation Boardroom 10, each Huddle Hub 7.
Cafe 295 is on the same floor. Down the hall there's a podcast studio and the Relaxation Room: a 7D massage chair, a Somadome meditation pod and a backlit salt wall.
