Nothing in this work is open on the board today. New postings go up as employers make them, and every one states its pay before it can be saved.

What this work usually asks for

Employers pick these from a list; they cannot be typed. That is what keeps a screening question inside the law. A posting shows only the ones it really needs, and most show two or three.

What an employer cannot ask you

Ontario's Human Rights Code puts these out of bounds, and on this board the software refuses the posting rather than leaving it to be noticed later.

Canadian experience. Years in the work, yes. Where you got them, no.
Where you are from. Citizenship, immigration status, country of origin. The one question allowed is whether you can legally work in Canada, and the board asks it as a yes or no.
Your age. Not in the posting, not in the screening. The only age question here is 18 or over, and only where the job needs it.
A photo. Never before a hire.
A criminal record. Not before an offer. Where a record check is genuinely part of the job, it happens after one.

Report a posting that asks you any of them.
